Spewak Racing is a membership-based running club that welcomes runners of all abilities. As a 501c3 nonprofit, we strive to make the St.

Louis running community more equitable and inclusive with every mile we run. Spewak Racing is a membership-based team, inclusive of athletes of all abilities, which provides opportunities to race, train, and encourage each other every step of the way. We strive to make an impact beyond the race course by giving back to the greater St. Louis region through our event proceeds and volunteering efforts to promote health and wellness and positively change lives.

Today was an incredibly special day for the team. We celebrated another training block done by running to the Arch & drinking coffee with teammates post-run!

We had a great time reminiscing on everything we have accomplished up to this point. Now times next to celebrate at the Indy Monumental, MO Cowbell, & St. Louis Track Club races next weekend.

Let’s go, Spewak Racing!

We had such a great Friday evening cheering on our friends at Conference Prep at the Clayton Invite! It’s been so inspiring seeing the Titans give such great effort in their cross-country season. We can’t wait to see them dominate Districts on Saturday!

The crew showed out for one of the best sunrises of the year! It’s the best time of the year to log miles with great teammates ❤️
