What an awesome week at our Kids Martial Arts Summer Camp! ☀️👊

We’re incredibly proud of all the kids who joined us. Every day, they showed up eager to participate, challenge themselves, and support one another. Their excitement and effort made this camp truly special.

A huge thank you to all of the parents for your trust and support. It was a privilege to spend the week teaching, mentoring, and encouraging your children.

We’d also like to give a special thank you to Cpl. Santos from the St. Charles County Sheriff’s Office for taking the time to visit camp with his K9 partner Maxx. The kids loved meeting them and learning about their service in our community!

We couldn’t have asked for a better group of kids, parents, and supporters. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to do it again next summer! 🔥🥊🥋

Huge congratulations to our team who stepped up and competed at this weekend’s IKF Point Kickboxing Tournament. 🥊

We came away with wins, strong performances, and—just as importantly—valuable experience and data to continue improving and growing as athletes.

Competition takes courage. It takes preparation, discipline, and the willingness to put yourself out there and be tested under pressure. We’re incredibly proud of everyone who stepped onto the mat and represented our team this weekend.

Win or lose, every round is an opportunity to learn, level up, and come back stronger. Proud of all of you for showing up and embracing the challenge. 💥

We’re proud to host our 4th Annual Matthew W. Clark Memorial Day Workout at Midwest Krav Maga on Monday, May 25, at 9:00 AM in honor of the service and ultimate sacrifice of Lance Cpl. Matthew W. Clark, son of Coach Paul’s longtime client and friend Lee.

For just $20, you can take part in a powerful, purpose-driven workout—with all proceeds going to support the Mid America Veterans Museum.

No membership needed—this event is open to everyone. Bring your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors. Let’s make this a great turnout and fill the gym!

* Workout window: starts at 9:00 AM, must finish by 11:00 AM.

Saddened to hear of the passing of Darren Levine.

While I only had the opportunity to train with him a handful of times, his impact on Krav Maga—and on everyone who trains it in the United States—is undeniable. Darren was instrumental in bringing Krav Maga to this country and helping shape it into what it is today.

His influence will continue to be felt on mats, in gyms, and through instructors and students across the world.

Rest in peace, and thank you for what you built. 🥋🙏
