‼️ SAHS Cross Country is looking for volunteers to help out with our upcoming home cross country meets over the next couple months. We’ll be hosting 4 different meets this year at Meadowood Park in Tornado. If you or someone you know is interested in helping out, please fill out the volunteer form linked below. ‼️XC PRACTICE UPDATE‼️

Due to the expected heat index at our normal practice time, we’ll be pushing XC practice back to 8-9pm this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

We’ll meet at the track each night. We’ll have lights and glow sticks for athletes, but feel free to bring your own and/or wear bright colors! 🚨

This young XC team is gaining confidence and experience day by day and showing major improvement with each meet! Super proud of both of our squads today at the very competitive Huntington/Wayne Invitational! The ladies finished in 6th place with 187pts and the guys finished in 12th place with 344pts. Congrats to everyone - A lot of PRs and season bests to show for today’s effort! 💪🏼👏🏼

🏆 MEET CHAMPS 🏆

The Lady Red Dragons kicked off the season this morning with a meet victory at the 2nd Annual Boone Memorial Health Invitational at Chief Logan State Park! There was plenty of hardware to go around after battling through a tough course. Our girls team finished in 1st place with 19pts, while our boys finished in 4th place with 81pts. Individual results are listed below - Congrats to everyone on a great first meet!
