What an incredible weekend for this team! The Yellow Jackets played with heart, battled through every challenge, supported one another, and showed what can happen when a group of athletes trusts each other and plays as a team.

Their hard work, positive attitudes, and determination paid off, and we couldn't be more proud of the way they represented Sangamo United both on and off the field.

🏆 Congratulations to the Sangamo United 2013G Storm Team on bringing home 1st Place at the MidState Cup! 🏆

These girls played hard all weekend, worked together as a team, communicated on the field, and never stopped competing. Their effort, determination, and teamwork were on full display, and it showed in every match they played.

We are incredibly proud of this group and everything they accomplished. This championship is a reflection of the hard work these athletes put in every day, along with the support of their coaches and families.

Wow… what an amazing couple of nights for Sangamo United FC tryouts! ⚽️💜

We are beyond thankful for the incredible turnout at our May 27th and May 28th tryouts. The energy, effort, and excitement on the field were amazing to watch, and we loved seeing so many athletes out there competing, learning, and having fun.

Thank you to all of the players and families who came out and continue to support our club. We saw so much talent, passion, and determination, and we are so excited about the future of Sangamo United FC!

We are still working through the remainder of our tryout process before finalizing and communicating team results. Thank you all for your patience as we carefully evaluate everything.

WOW… what a night! 💜⚽️

The amount of purple in the stands at the Springfield FC game was absolutely amazing! Thank you to all of our Sangamo families who came out to support our hometeam as the Stags took on STL Ambush under the lights at SHG Stadium.

From the energy in the crowd to the memories made with teammates, friends, and family, it was such a fun night for our athletes and community. We loved seeing so many Sangamo players together cheering on local soccer.

Thank you to Springfield FC Stags for having us and creating such a fun atmosphere for our families and athletes. We already can’t wait to come back for another match! 💜🦌⚽️

Tonight under the lights at SHG. ⚽️🔥

Come out and support Springfield FC as they take on STL Ambush tonight at 7:00 PM at Sacred Heart-Griffin Stadium!

Springfield FC is Central Illinois’ highest-level men’s soccer team and competes in USL League Two, one of the top pre-professional soccer leagues in the country. The Stags feature talented local, regional, collegiate, and international players while continuing to grow the game right here in our community.

Tonight is also Sangamo United FC night! All kids wearing their Sangamo United FC uniform get in FREE. Please note that the three free tacos are only included with the purchase of a paid ticket while supplies last.

Wow… are we blessed! What an amazing turnout at the Boys 5th/6th Grade tryouts last night! ⚽️

Thank you to everyone who came out. We saw so much talent, effort, and excitement on the field, and we are incredibly thankful for the support from all of our families.
