Choose the clinic dates that work for your athlete. You may register and pay for one date at a time or select multiple dates in one checkout, subject to availability. If your athlete is already registered and paid for October 10, there is no need to register again.

Location: The Decoy is located slightly north of Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport in Springfield, Illinois. Exact driving, parking, and arrival instructions are shared privately with registered families.

Please complete one registration per athlete. Full online payment is required at checkout to secure your selected dates. The required waiver for each location must be completed before participation.
