Awesome job, Tess — we’re so proud to recognize you this month, keep crushing it! 💪🔥

1) How did you find CrossFit Silverback?
Olsen (my husband) found CrossFit and I ended up joining along with him.

2) What did you do before CrossFit?
Before CrossFit, I was a runner. I ran because I thought it was fun.

3) Describe CrossFit in only 3 words.
Fun. Friends. Fitness.

4) What motivates you to stay so consistent with your workouts?
All the great coaches, especially Coach Eric, help me stay motivated.

5) What drives you to be an active family?
I want to be a good example for Landon and Lyla and teach them that physical activity is important throughout life.

6) What is one thing people would be surprised to know about Tess?
Something you might not know about me is I have an identical twin sister.
