A lot of people see the finished product on the shelf, but they don’t always see what happens behind the scenes.

This batch weighs in at nearly 37 pounds, and what you’re watching is just one step in the process. Once it’s off the heat, it takes hours of mixing, cooling, checking, and remixing to get the consistency exactly where I want it.

There’s no assembly line here. No giant manufacturing equipment. Just small-batch production, a lot of patience, and a commitment to making products I’m proud to put my name on.

This is the part nobody sees—but it’s one of the reasons every batch gets my full attention from start to finish.

Our foaming sugar scrub is highly concentrated, so you only need a small scoop per use.

I make it in small batches so I can control every ingredient that goes into it. Each batch only yields 13 jars, and every batch contains 11 ounces of Kokum Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, and Vitamin E combined.

The foaming base is one I created to be as gentle on the skin as possible while still giving you that rich, creamy lather everyone loves.

New oil mix testing complete ✔️

You may have noticed our body oils have been out of stock for about the last month or so. I have been working on tweaking our formula and wanted to really put it through some testing before bringing it back.

I removed the sesame oil and replaced it with a squalane oil. Sesame oil naturally has a light nutty note to it and in stronger fragrances it was pretty unnoticeable, but with some of our lighter scented oils that nutty note was slightly coming through.

Testing is complete and I’m really happy with the results. Skin feel is amazing and the dry down is even better.

I also tested Sweet To***co & Vanilla and it’s definitely a winner so far. It’s one we already use in our masculine line, but I’ve always loved those warm cozy gourmand scents. I’ve personally been using it and I absolutely love it.

Now I’m curious… if I added Sweet To***co & Vanilla to the body oil lineup, would you wear it? Ladies, gentlemen… both opinions count 👇

Fresh batch of shampoo bars headed to the curing rack ✨

These still need about 2 weeks to cure, but they were too pretty not to share 😍
