This one is worth saving. When it comes to swimwear color, bright and bold is always the safer choice in the water. Pink, yellow, orange, green. Colors that pop are colors that are easy to track in a pool or open water. White, grey, light blue and black tend to disappear underwater faster than you would think. It is one of those small things that does not seem like a big deal until it is. 💙

May the 4th be with you! Here's a fun fact for today:

Before the Artemis II astronauts saw the Moon up close, they saw the bottom of a pool. Hundreds of hours underwater preparing their bodies and minds for the unknown. Water does that. It teaches you to stay calm, keep moving, and trust the process even when nothing feels natural yet. That is exactly what happens at FINS every single week. Every galaxy your child swims through is a step toward something bigger. 🌊🧑‍🚀

Spring Cypress is a community that stays active and we want to be part of that for the adults too, not just the kids. Our Aqua Fitness classes are 45 minutes long, low impact, instructor led, and set to music in the water. It’s a legitimate workout that doesn’t feel like one. Call or message us to check availability at this location. 💙

Quick one: water provides resistance in every direction, meaning every movement you make in the pool is working multiple muscle groups at once.

The Spring Cypress area is full of families and neighborhood pools and that means a lot of kids in the water this summer.

Make sure yours know the ground rules before the season gets going. Buddy system, no running around the pool, and always let an adult know before getting in.

Habits like these stick when you start them early. 💙
