Congrats to the Spring Hill Fire Department on winning our Hero’s Cup! 🚒

This week, BOMA recognized the Spring Hill Fire Department as the winner of the Hero's Cup — beating the Spring Hill Police Department at last month's Grey Ghost 5K/10K Run. Justin Dome was in attendance to accept the trophy on behalf of SHFD,

A special thanks goes out to the Rotary Club for hosting the challenge as a part of the annual event!

As always, we appreciate all of our volunteers, especially the students from our local high schools, family members, and F3 Spring Hill, whom we never seem to get many pictures of. They are the guys helping out with parking, at the turn around, and at registration. Rock The Hill Nutrition manned the water station again this year and has awesome videos—check out their posts/stories! Curtis VanDrunen has been our MC for several years. Bill Alsup is our guy that fires the gun at the start of the runs and has been with us for many years. We also greatly appreciate The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who stuffs our runners bags for us!

Thank you all so much—putting this run on truly takes a village!
