The Spring Hill Dojo We strive to carry on a long tradition of teaching Ishhinryu karate passed down from our master in Okinawa.

We believe in building confidence and discipline, cultivating leadership, promoting health, endurance, and situational awareness. We train hard learning full contact empty hand and weapons self-defense through freestyle sparring and grappling for children and adults in an ever evolving world of combat. We welcome all walks of life that wish to better themselves.
