❤️⚾ THIS is why we started the Avalanche. ⚾❤️
Last Night the Avalanche didn't take the field, instead it was a Team Bonding night at the Spokane Indians Baseball game. It was a night about creating memories that our kids will carry with them long after their baseball days are over.

Watching our Avalanche families come together tonight at the Spokane Indians game was truly priceless. Seeing the kids laughing, talking, cheering, running around, and simply enjoying being together reminded us exactly what this organization is all about.

When we started the United Spokane Avalanche, we wanted to build more than just a baseball organization. We wanted to build a family, a community, and a place where kids could grow—not only as athletes, but as people. A place where it gave kids and family a sense of belonging.

Some of these moments may seem small tonight, but someday they’ll be the stories our kids look back on and remember. The friendships. The laughter. The crazy moments. The nights spent together.

Those are the things that matter. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful for every Avalanche family who continues to believe in what we are building. Thank you for making nights like tonight so special.

United Spokane Avalanche loves to spend their days cooking for the Ronald McDonald House families! This weekend has been a lot of fun and memories made! So thankful for this opportunity and to be able to take one less stress off these families plates! We made some friends this weekend!

Finished the day, BBQing Hamburgers, Hotdogs, German Sausages, and Chicken with Gluten Free options as well! Today had to of been on of our best times at the Ronald McDonald House! The families are so sweet and we even sat and chatted with a family for quite some time! This is why I personally love volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House. To hear the stories and bond with these families. It allows them an outlet to have an actual conversation and to some people n the Avalanche organization that genuinely cares! Thank you Ronald McDonald House and families for allowing the Avalanche organization to be a part of your day!

It’s great to be back! The United Spokane Avalanche is back at the Ronald McDonald House today and tomorrow cooking meals for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner! We’ve missed being here!

Today is the day! Come out and see the United Spokane Avalanche at Rosauers in the Valley and Five Mile! We’d love to see you guys there!

This weekend, the United Spokane Avalanche will be at the Spokane Valley Rosauers from 9am to 2pm and then Five Mile Rosauers from 3-8pm both Saturday and Sunday. We will be fundraising to lower the costs of uniforms in the fall. Feel free to stop by and say hello!

We will have Dicks Sporting Goods coupons books for sale ($10 for $200 in savings), Papa Murphy’s Peel a Deal Cards ($5 for $60 in savings), Dave and Busters Gaming Cards ($20 for 145 credits) and also our basket drawing tickets ($10 each). We hope to see you guys at Rosauers this weekend!

First and foremost, the United Spokane Avalanche would like to make sure everyone is safe and doing the best they can under the circumstances. We truly mean it when we say: please let us know if we can help any families during this difficult time.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to all of the First Responders, Firefighters, National Guard, and Law Enforcement officers who have worked tirelessly over the past week. From the videos we’ve seen, this has certainly not been an easy task. We appreciate your dedication, hard work, and continued efforts to keep our community safe. Thank you!

Now that Franklin Park has reopened for practices, the United Spokane Avalanche are looking to fill a few remaining roster spots for our Fall/Spring baseball seasons.

⚾ Roster Needs:

10U: 1 player
11U: 1–2 players
12U: 4 players
We currently practice Mondays and Wednesdays at Franklin Park from 5–8 PM through October 18th. As we lose daylight, practice times will adjust accordingly.

After October 18th, we will move indoors for winter practices and return outside when weather conditions allow.
