This work isn’t about being pushed harder.
It’s about being understood and challenged.

Empathy without accountability doesn’t create change.
Accountability without empathy creates burnout.

The work lives in the middle — where honesty meets skill.

If that’s the kind of support you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.

Rest pauses burnout. It doesn't fix it. Recovery is a skill — and nobody taught us how.

Burnout causes measurable neurological changes. Your brain's threat system stays activated even when the stressor is gone. Rest gives it a break — it doesn't rewire the pattern.

Skill-building does. And it's learnable.

real question.
be honest.

are you growing — or are you just getting really good at understanding why you're stuck?

because those feel identical from the inside for a really long time. I know because I've been there.
you can intellectualize your way through years of personal development and still be running the same patterns. still freezing in the same situations. still white-knuckling it through your week while building your business or surviving your job.

understanding something and actually changing it are two completely different things.

and here's what I know as a PhD candidate in trauma and community resilience — the bridge between those two things is almost always community. not another book. not another coach. a real room of real women doing the actual work together.
that's the Women's Circle.

It's not just about screen time.

Every notification. Every Slack message. Every context switch. Every scroll through content designed to trigger a reaction.

Your nervous system processes all of it as input. And a nervous system that never fully switches off never fully recovers.

Digital burnout isn't laziness. It isn't weakness. It's a chronically activated threat response — and it destroys creativity, decision-making, and performance over time.

The solution isn't to throw your phone in a lake. It's to build the regulation skills that let your nervous system actually recover between the demands.

That's learnable. I promise.

if you’ve done everything right and still feel stuck — this is for you.

you’re not broken. you’re not resistant to change. you’re not “too much” or “not enough.”

you’ve just been doing it alone.

and here’s what nobody tells you — there is a ceiling on solo work. therapy gets you so far. coaching gets you so far. the books get you so far.

what breaks through that ceiling? community. real, consistent, small community with women who are in the same trenches you are.

that’s the gap. and that’s exactly what the Women’s Circle is built for.

as a PhD candidate in trauma and community resilience — I promise you the research backs this up. healing accelerates in community in a way that no individual session can replicate.

founding member spots are open. first 10 get 2 months free. there’s an application because I want to make sure it’s the right fit for where you are.

You already knew something was wrong. You just needed someone to confirm it wasn't in your head.

Chronic stress and trauma have measurable neurological effects — changes in brain structure, stress hormones, and nervous system regulation. That part is well-documented.

What took longer was medicine actually believing women when they described it.

You weren't imagining it. And it's workable.

the most exhausted women I know are also the most educated about why they're exhausted.

and I say that with so much love because — hi, that was me.

they know about cortisol. nervous system regulation. attachment styles. trauma responses.

they can name exactly what's happening to them in real time.

and they're still tired.

here's the thing nobody tells you — knowing the science is not the same as living differently.

at some point the work stops being about learning more and starts being about actually doing something with what you know. in your body. in your life. in real time.

and that part? that part is so much harder to do alone than anyone admits.

especially when you're also trying to run a business or show up in a career that demands everything from you.

that's why I'm building the Women's Circle. for women in the workforce who are done collecting insights and ready to actually integrate them. in community. because that's where it finally sticks.

as a PhD candidate in trauma and community resilience — I promise you the research backs this up.

Everyone tells you to take a vacation. Sleep more. Slow down.

And you do. And then Monday comes and you're right back where you started.

Here's what nobody tells you: rest is not a cure for burnout. It's a pause. Your nervous system doesn't rewire itself on a long weekend.

What actually works is building the capacity to process stress in real time — so it stops accumulating in your body in the first place.

That's the work. And it's learnable.

DM me "CIRCLE" if you're ready to actually build something. 🦋

Most people ask me why I named it Kaizen Catalyst.

I spent almost 7 years in Japan — two companies, two very different versions of myself, and a slow realization that the way I’d been taught to measure progress was burning me out.

In Japan, kaizen isn’t a buzzword. It’s a way of moving through the world. Small. Intentional. Continuous. You don’t overhaul — you adjust. You don’t sprint — you compound.

I brought that home. And I built a life and practice around it.

改善 — change for the better. Every single day.
Catalyst — because sometimes you just need something to accelerate the reaction.

That’s the whole thing. That’s always been the whole thing.

Small changes, compounding infinitely. 🦋
