Fri, Sep 4th. 5pm BJJ class will be NoGi this week. Grappling Industries is coming up quick, get in and tune up you're game plan.

Mon, Sep 7th (Labor Day). No Classes. 10am Open Mat at LaCrosse.

Thank you to everyone who supported the WeDefy fundraiser today! Gear will be available tomorrow during the open mat (cash donations). If you need to use a card contact Andrew McFarland to arrange alternate payment. He will have to return the gear soon so come grab it while you can. All proceeds go to WeDefy.

Updated schedule for Sparta!

Due to schedule conflict, we've removed the Wed. 5pm Self-defense class. We had a blast with it, however, due to schedule conflicts we had to remove the class for now. We will look to bring this back in some form in the future, but for now please join us for our kickboxing and jiu jitsu classes!
