Congrats to Sam Wilber for being named to the AHSAA Cross Country All-Star Team! Sam will compete in the All-Star race on July 21st in Montgomery representing the South team. Way to go Sam!

Sign ups for the 2026 cross country season have begun! We will have a parent meeting on Tuesday, May 19th. Tryouts will be held on June 15th. We hope to see you out there!

Outdoor Track and Field season is here!

Indoor track is right around the corner! We will have a brief parent meeting on Dec. 1st. Tryouts will be held on Dec. 3rd and practice begins the following day.

Indoor Track is a brief and very fun track season. The number of events is limited and the competitive season lasts less than a month long. We will practice for two weeks leading up to Christmas break (we pause practices for the holidays), and then practice and compete over the month of January. It is a vital time to get prepared for the outdoor season!
Each of our three meets are in Birmingham, and transportation is provided both there and back. If athletes qualify, there is a State Championship meet held on Jan 30-31 at the same location.

This weekend, the Toros took to the course for the AHSAA XC State Championship! Both teams placed in the top 15, and many new personal bests were achieved! Way to go Toros!

Congratulations to Orange Beach's Aaron Tierce, Spanish Fort's Mady Smith, St. Michael Catholic's Abigail Givhan, and Spanish Fort's Bartosz Czarkowski who were recognized as Mobile Optimist Club Cross-Country Runners of the Week for their performances at the Baldwin County Championships.
