SSC - Southington Soccer Club

Southington Soccer Club is a volunteer organization whose aim is to promote and develop the sport of soccer for boys and girls in the town of Southington

The Travel soccer program is for the more competitive soccer player. The program focuses on development of the technical and tactical aspects of the game in a competitive environment. Traveling to games within the South Central district (New Haven County) will be required during the season. Training sessions are held twice a week at Recreation Park with at least one game on the weekends. Most trav

el teams have an opportunity to play in the State Cup tournament and in various town tournaments across the state during the season. All coaches are properly licensed by CJSA.

End of the season wrap up! 👏⚽️

The U14 Boys squeezed in one last team photo after their season finale friendly against Naugatuck this past weekend, just before the storm rolled in!

We’re proud of the hard work, growth, and dedication this team showed all season long. From training sessions to game days, this group continued to improve, compete, and represent SSC with pride. 💙

A strong finish for the U10 Boys Scorpions! ⚽️

The boys closed out league play with back-to-back 7-2 wins over CFC North and Hartford Athletic. Great effort and teamwork from start to finish. 👏💙

The U9 Boys Travel team wrapped up their season with a victory over North Branford and finished league play with a strong 6-1-2 record. So proud! 💙

That’s a wrap on our Spring Academy Program! ⚽️

What a great season it has been watching these young players learn, grow, and build their love for the game. From their first touches to their final scrimmages, the progress they’ve made has been incredible to see.

A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, and families for making this season such a success. Your support and dedication help create an amazing experience for every player.

We’re proud of all the hard work, smiles, and memories made this spring, and we can’t wait to see everyone back on the field soon!💙
