THE WAY YOU DO ANYTHING IS THE WAY YOU DO EVERYTHING
Do you pay attention to the small details in all that you do? Or do you do most things halfway and think that’s good enough. Most people might see this and think I don’t need to be this intense but it’s the little things done well and done right overtime that give us the discipline to do the big things when it matters.
Do everything right.
Put all the weights back in the gym
Take all your supplements every morning
Prepare and maintain all your dive gear
Stick to your training routine
Train yourself that discipline and details matter
