What We’re Looking For:
CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) or higher (preferred, but willing to help the right candidate get certified)
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and connect with members of all fitness levels
Punctual, dependable, and positive attitude
Passion for health, fitness, and community
Class Times Needed:
Monday and Wednesday nights- 6&7 PM
Responsibilities
Lead group CrossFit classes with energy, precision, and motivational coaching to ensure safe, effective, and engaging workouts for all members
Demonstrate and reinforce proper technique across a wide range of functional movements—including lifting, jumping, and conditioning—while providing clear instruction, scaling options, and real-time corrections
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment that builds community and encourages member confidence, consistency, and progress
Open and/or close the gym as needed for early morning classes, maintaining a clean, organized, and professional training space
Skills
Strong knowledge of CrossFit methodology combined with experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
Excellent communication skills to motivate clients and clearly demonstrate exercises with proper form
Ability to adapt workouts for different skill levels
