ESA Aerial Arts Class Information Learn drops, spins, and rolls to incorporate into your pieces. Learn to transition and create seamless movement.

AERIAL SILKS:
--Silks, a special type of performance in which one or more artists performs aerialbatic acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric. Students will learn how to use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions.
--Beginners start with basic climbs and poses. You learn from the ground up learning basic wraps on the floor.

re Advanced students learn advanced poses, Spins, Drops, and slides.

--For our aspiring professionals, we focus on learning how to develop your own sequences and choreography with an in-depth understanding of the properties of wraps and holds. LYRA:
--Lyra, also known as aerial hoop, is a wonderful circus apparatus in which the student learns beautiful maneuvers and shapes while spinning on a large metal hoop suspended in the air.
--Beginners start off learning the basics of spinning and the basic ways to get up and down the hoop. Once comfortable with this, they will progress on to harder and more advanced moves.
--The advanced students are taught performance skill, technique and choreography. Class Fees:
1 CLASS PER WEEK $68 per month

What to Wear
It is important to wear clothing that covers the backs of your knees and under your arms. You will want a fitted shirt that can be tucked in to give your back protection or leotard with shirt to cover under your arms.Long stretch pant/leggings or footless tights and a tight-fitting top are strongly suggested.

Our Aerial Explorers classes give our youngest aerialists a chance to climb, swing, spin, and even go upside down—all while building important skills along the way!

One of our favorites? Grip strength! 🙌 Hanging, holding, and climbing help strengthen those little hands and fingers, supporting the fine motor skills they use for things like handwriting, drawing, cutting, and everyday tasks.

And to them? They’re just having a BLAST flying through the air. 💙

If your little one loves to climb everything, spin until they’re dizzy, or spend half their day upside down, Aerial Explorers might be their perfect fit!

Day 2 at Int/Adv Camp ✨

Another incredible day filled with new drops on hoop & silks, cooling off with water games, and making more progress on our handmade hula hoops! 💧🎪🌀

Day 1 of Int/Adv camp = SUCCESS! 🎉

Today was packed with new drops, secret handshakes, an epic game of Shipwrecked, and more laughs than we could count! 💙

Our campers challenged themselves, cheered each other on, and made incredible progress on new skills.

👏 A special shout-out to Kenzie, who won today's Icicles Hang Challenge by holding on for an incredible 1 full minute! 💪🔥 What an awesome display of strength and determination!

We can't wait to see what Day 2 has in store!

That's a wrap on an amazing week of camp! 🎪✨

Our campers ended the week by performing their aerial routines for each other, then wowed their families with a showcase of aerial, circus props, acro, and tumbling. We are so proud of all their hard work, confidence, and growth this week!
