We are so excited to introduce our newest coach, Brie! She has a background in group fitness and brings a lot of enthusiasm and passion to every class!

“Helping you crush goals, build strength, and boost confidence, one workout at a time! I’m passionate about creating fun, challenging workouts that inspire you to push past limits and become your strongest self.

I have a true passion for nutrition, fitness and wellness. With a background in strength training and HIIT instructing. In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, I aim to bring experience, energy, and excitement in all my Elite Cycle classes.

As a nurse serving our community for over 12 years, I have witnessed first hand the benefits of exercise and maintaining one's health, but also need for more opportunities to create a healthier community that will be sustainable for years to come.

My hope is to help those on their initial fitness journey or support others who have made the commitment develop and sustain a love of movement and instilling healthier habits for a stronger tomorrow!”

She’ll be co-teaching with Carly tonight at 6:30pm! Only a few seats left.

Thursday, June 4th at 6:30 PM, we’re bringing Coach Dawn, Coach Kelsey, and Coach Carly together for one big 60-minute ride.

This class will rotate through all three coaches, giving you a taste of each coach's style in one full-energy ride.

The best part? It’s completely FREE to attend.
