Giving Tree Yoga We are a Yoga Studio located in the heart of Smyrna, GA. Inclusive and diverse, something for all. We are not a heated studio.

We have classes including Basics, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and more Welcome to Smyrna's premier, authentic yoga studio. At our yoga studio, we have amazing yoga teachers who teach authentic and relaxing yoga classes with no distractions and no fads. Our yoga classes are perfect for beginners or those whom are advanced in their practice. Start out with our beginners classes and advance to Vinyasa flows.

We don't want you to miss out on anything so I'm posting some info on events coming soon!

This weekend is action packed. Saturday July 25th we have our two regular classes, 9am Spiritual Warrior (a set sequence in an vinyasa style) led by Tanmayi Radha (Karina), followed at 10.30am with Yoga Strong, led by Noelle.

Then, SONYA is dropping in to lead a woman's workshop from 1-4pm called REFLECTION and there's just a few spots left at $59.

Straight after the workshop we have a FREE pop-up class with Tanmayi called ROLL & RELEASE (6 spots left) a fun class with our new foam rollers.

Sunday July 26th brings you the regular Complete class with Tanmayi from 9am-10.15 followed by Monthly FREE Mantra Meditation 10.30-11.45, Basics with Lisa 1-2pm AND we are delighted to host the wonderful Radha Rose whose voice you simply must hear. The Chant Connection Kirtan from 2.30-4.30 at $30 is the perfect way to round off your weekend at Giving Tree Yoga Center.

Looking forward to August we have a Transformation Breathwork special class on 14th August 7.15-8.30pm at $35

If you are keen to learn more about the Anatomy of the body - Upper Extremities then Abbey Brewer is your guide on August 15th 9am-12noon at $60, this workshop can be used for continuing education for yoga teachers but is also for anyone interested.

Emily's monthly Sound Bath August date is 21st at 7.15pm
