The gym probably seemed busier in 2023 than other years... here's a few reasons why.

In 2023 the Hames Center attained more than 800 members, the most in its history!
In 2023 members checked-in 45,477 times!
In 2023 we had 230 check-ins in a single day!
In 2023 we had 1,000 new leads! (People who have never been to the Hames Center that visited the gym with a day pass or purchased a new membership.)

Record breaking numbers in 2023 were accompanied by noticeable changes and upgrades to the gym.

Completion of our long-awaited locker room renovation.
Installation of the Dr. Dish shooting machine, the #1 selling shooting machine in basketball.
New private workout rooms for members.
New offices for employees.
New infrared saunas.
New equipment including the BC Thruster, plyo boxes, landmine stations, kettlebells, and more!
