🥎 THAT’S A WRAP ON SUMMER 2026! 🥎

And just like that, our inaugural Elite9 Upstate 14U summer season is officially in the books! 💙🩶🤍

This summer was about taking a chance, accepting a challenge, and growing together.

We made the decision to move up to 14U earlier than originally planned, putting these girls on the field against older, bigger, and more experienced competition. We knew there would be challenges, but we also knew that challenging ourselves was the best way to grow.

As a team, we identified a few important areas that we wanted to focus on this summer.

Hitting for average is important, but it doesn’t always tell the full story.

We wanted to become one of the most aggressive teams on the field — and that starts with getting on base, putting the softball in play, and making the defense work.

*We wanted to create pressure.
*We wanted to be aggressive on the bases.
*We wanted to make the other team uncomfortable.

Most importantly, we wanted our girls to understand that success isn’t always measured by the scoreboard or a batting average. Sometimes it’s a quality at-bat, working a count, putting a ball in play, taking the extra base, making the routine play, or simply refusing to give in.

There were wins. There were losses. There were lessons. And there was a lot of growth.

A special shoutout to all of our Elite9 families who spent countless weekends at the fields, traveled, cheered, encouraged, and supported these athletes every step of the way. This team wouldn’t be what it is without you. 💙

Now we take a little time to reset, recharge, and get ready for what’s next.

Congrats to those who hit goals they set to start the season.

Summer may be over, but the work doesn’t stop.

Fall season… we’re coming for you. 🔥🥎

🥎 ONE MORE TO GO. 🥎

This weekend marks the final tournament of our inaugural Elite9 Upstate 14U summer season.

Now it’s time to finish the summer the right way. We’re looking to build momentum, play Elite9 softball, and carry that confidence into an exciting Fall season.

Thank you to all of our families, supporters, and everyone who has followed this journey. Let’s make this final summer tournament one to remember.

Every game is another opportunity to compete, grow, and continue building on everything we’ve worked for this summer. This team has embraced every challenge and we’re excited to see them continue taking steps forward together.

🥎 2026 Summer Season – Top 5 Hitters 🥎

We are officially halfway through our summer season, with just two tournaments remaining in August before we take a short break and prepare for the fall season.

Congratulations to our Top 5 Hitters through the first half of the 2026 summer season!

These rankings reflect the work these young ladies have put in at the plate, but there is still plenty of softball left to play.

Will these five hold onto their spots, or will someone make a late-season push up the leaderboard? We can’t wait to find out.

Tournament #3 didn’t bring the results we envisioned today, but days like this are part of the journey.

These are the moments that test the resolve of young athletes, and I’m excited to see how these ladies respond. Nobody enjoys days like today, but if you play sports long enough, you’ll experience them. It’s not about avoiding adversity—it’s about how you respond to it.

One thing I can say with confidence is that our girls never stopped fighting. In softball, nobody gets you off the field on defense except you and your teammates. Not your coaches. Not your parents. That’s a lesson in accountability, resilience, and trusting each other.

We’ll learn from today, get back to work, and keep moving forward. This team has too much character to let one tough day define them.

The ship isn’t sinking—we’re just making a course correction.
