Our Story

Fitness Girl Bootcamp is an all women bootcamp training. Every session is lead by a woman trainer. The trainers at Fitness Girl Bootcamp are agents of change and we share a passion for fitness, and women wellness. Our ultimate goal is to help the women in our community become stronger and healthier through our all women bootcamp training program.

Our Mission at Fitness Girl Bootcamp is to spread our passion for fitness by teaching the women in our community the fundamentals of fitness with fun, unique workouts, welcoming all levels of fitness (beginners, intermediate, and advanced.)

Each day we impact the lives of the women in our community through teaching them how to exercise, we teach them how to get to the next fitness level one workout at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time, one year at a time… we witness the women in our bootcamp become stronger and healthier version of themselves in only a few weeks of training.
