Science has discovered a trend that athletes tend to be visual learners. Therefore we utilize a video playback system that helps the athlete to visually see mistakes that he is not feeling. At the end of each hitting lesson, our coaching staff sits down with the player and parent and reviews the video taken. Our staff will explain what the student needs to work on and may suggest some drills for h

omework. Every student of the hitting laboratory is expected to practice at home. Our instructors are highly skilled and have extensive knowledge about the game. They are able to work with all ages and experience levels. We use a variety of drills to develop our students. We have the space and capacity to train soft toss, front toss, tee work and live throw. Our philosophy is to develop each player and take them to the next level no matter what level that may be! Our Lessons: All lessons are 30 min in length, performed in a one on one atmosphere, with a direct focus on what the student can do to improve his game. We utilize a video playback system that helps the athlete to visually see mistakes that he is not feeling. Our focus is not to make every hitter the same, instead teaching the proper techniques allows the hitter to best utilize his strength level, body type, arm length etc.
