I find my most successful workouts/classes are QUICK and EFFICIENT made with lots of sequence blocks and smooth transitions.

Ever take a class (or at the gym) and you find yourself standing around and not knowing where to go next?… TERRIBLE! You become unengaged and ā€œover it.ā€ Hence why my goal is to keep you moving from one thing to the next with smooth transitions. (Hello Cardio!) Your class will move quicker and you will get more from your workout.

Sequence blocking is also a fan favorite. Smash 4 exercises into one block and BOOM you just quadrupled your efficiency. Just like this block from class… triceps, inner thighs, obliques, and outer thighs done all together plus some sweat and a whole lotta burning šŸ”„
