We’re kicking off the series on Wednesday, June 24 at 1:00 PM with Fueling Your Body Through the Shift—a Pilates flow followed by a nutrition workshop with Katie Gestosani, RD, LDN, Registered Dietitian at .
Together, we’ll discuss practical nutrition strategies to support:
