Balanced Studio is a friendly fitness studio on Signal Mountain. Class size is limited which allows personal attention in every class. All levels welcome!

We offer indoor cycling, row, barre, fitness, yoga and dance classes as well as private sessions. Balanced Studio is not a gym but a welcoming and comfortable environment for you to experience the fitness options of your choice. We are committed to providing you a state-of-the-art training facility in a non-intimidating studio atmosphere combined with energizing, qualified and dedicated instructors that will challenge and encourage you to reach your fitness goals. Our vision is that your time spent achieving fitness & health should not be just another class or session, but rather an experience. We offer online classes, memberships, class package options and drop-ins! We also offer very affordable customized Private sessions as well as Weight Management & Health Coaching.

It’s pretty cool when your brother pops in to your first yoga class at Balanced! You can practice with Holly ( ) during the month of June - Thursday night Vinyasa at 5:30 and Friday morning Pilates at 8:30! Hope to see you there!
