Badgers had a fun weekend of softball at the USA All American tourney in Waterville!

10U went into Sunday bracket play with a 21-5 run differential through 3 games, sitting at the 2 seed. In their first bracket game they ended up on the losing end of a close 6-8 game to the eventual tourney champion. Overall they performed very well for their first tournament of the summer and are looking forward to competing in the Steve's Heroes tourney in the next coming weeks! Standout performances:
Gosselin, Pitching: 9 IP, 16 SO, 1 win. Offense: .333 avg, 5 runs, 10 steals.
Beck, .667 avg, 5 rbi, 2 runs, 6 steals.
Dionne, Pitching: No hitter victory with 9 SO. Offense: 1 rbi, 5 runs, 5 steals.
Lindie: 12 SO, 0 hits allowed and 1 ER in 5 innings.

12U had a 18-7 run differential going into Sunday as the 3 seed. They were competitive in their bracket game but ultimately took the loss in a 3-6 performance. Lots of highlights over the weekend with many close games! They also will be playing in the Steve's Heroes tourney next.
Standout performances:
Libby, Pitching: 1 win, 5 SO in 3 IP. Offense: .455 avg, 4 rbi, 4 runs, 3 steals.
Chase, 13 SO in 10 IP.
Dorn, .333 avg, 2 doubles, 5 rbi, 2 runs.
Colby, 7 SO in 5 IP.

12U lines up against Carnage Blackman in the first round of bracket play today at Peters in Waterville at 9:00am.

10U will be matched up against Khaos and will also be playing at Peters right after the 12U game.
