So many approaches claim to be "root-cause," but still chase symptoms, seek to cleanse, or target "bugs."
If you know the body was designed to heal and are ready to feel like YOU again, perhaps it's time to focus on a protocol that nourishes you back to health, not one selling the latest trend.
HTMA has been THE catalyst to quenching my endless fatigue and restoring my health. Could it be for you, too?
What if the fatigue, poor sleep, digestive issues, or difficulty coping with stress you're experiencing are connected in ways you haven't considered?
Your body functions as a whole system. Minerals influence everything from energy production and nervous system regulation to hormone activity and digestion.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) measures levels of minerals (such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium) and toxic metals (such as lead, aluminum, mercury) in a small sample of hair.
Through his research and clinical observations, Dr. Paul Eck (founder of Analytical Research Labs - ARL) developed a system (that he called Mineral Balancing) of interpreting HTMA based on the important roles minerals play in the body, how they interact with each other, and how their levels and relationships may change in response to stress.
For example, calcium and potassium are involved in cellular activity and thyroid hormone function, while sodium and magnesium play important roles in the body's adrenal and stress response. Dr. Eck used the relationships between these minerals to develop ratios that he associated with thyroid and adrenal activity.
Mineral Balancing explores patterns associated with:
• Adrenal and thyroid activity
• Digestive capacity
• Nervous system regulation
• Energy and vitality
Drawing on my 20 years of experience in HTMA and Mineral Balancing, I look beyond symptoms to understand the bigger picture and develop a personalized program based on your unique mineral patterns and health history. Retests show how you’re shifting and keep my recommendations current.
Whether you're seeking answers for your own health or helping clients find theirs, HTMA can provide valuable insights.
