Happy BLACK Friday!!

We hope you had a very wonderful Thanksgiving in good company! Three years ago, we imagined what a filled class would look like. Two years ago, we hoped all those in the class would see the difference. One year ago, we dreamed of a growing community of happy people, with visible results both physically and mentally. Still, we would have never imagined you all being the best of our everyday. Grateful is an understatement (insert pause....and a large hug). Your goals drive us, your strength inspires us, and your smile reassures us that we are doing something truly amazing! Your side eye glares..... they scare us, but it's all about balance. lol

We are proud of you all for showing up month after month, weekly, and daily. We are so lucky to be here with you all on this journey! To think we are nearing the end of another year is wild! Consistency is everything!

We are looking forward to a wonderful week filled with movement & gratitude. We are thrilled that many of you are booking classes early!!! Many classes are already filled, especially Friday!! This week will be business as usual except Thursday & Friday (modified schedule). We will continue to add classes, so everyone can get their sessions in this week and still leave time for family & fun! The Sauna and Private gym will be available this week as well!

MONDAY AT 5:30 PM: We are hosting a new business, WYO Meal Company! They will be doing a tasting in the lobby starting at 5:30 pm! They create macronutrient & calorie-conscious meals delivered right to your home. Come check them out!

As always, please get on the waitlist of your desired class, so we can see where the demand is. Often, when we can, we will add additional sessions. Keep in mind 6am & Sunday classes are non-refundable due to the demand for these times. Please let us know if you will be missing as soon as possible.

We are so Thankful for all of you!! This has been an incredible year watching all of your growth. We can't wait to celebrate the holidays and finish the year strong!!
