PURENERGY Fitness We are Sheridan's locally owned, 24 hour, full service fitness and health club.

Enjoy your own workout while experiencing rockbot on our treadmills, ellipticals and bikes as well as streaming music throughout the club. A full line of cable equipment, free weights and racks are included to accomodate all levels of lifters. PURENERGY Fitness also offers 24 hour access to functional equipment including Kettlebells, TRX, & Bosu. Our locker rooms are full service with FREE towel service and use of day lockers and soaps so you can leave the gym refreshed!
