We work with kids all the way from 5 years old, to D1 level athletes

We program differently for our sports performance side of things. We don’t follow the “one size fits all” approach. Each program is individually made athlete to athlete

What athlete A needs, may be completely different than athlete B. Athlete C and Athlete D might need the same fixes, but will respond to stimulus differently and that plays a factor

Age, experience, needs, sports, and so much more goes into affect every time we sit down to program for athletes

We keep our group trainings small (typically capped at 8 kids), to ensure we are getting the maximum coaching and training experience for every athlete

Our volleyball is a huge hit for the girls who have been showing up. Being able to be trained by a national level club coach with years of experience, has been a huge benefit for them

Here at Buckets Sports Performance, we offer group volleyball training for ages 5-18

Our 5-11 year old trainings are all with a VolleyLite ball, & shorter net height. All older trainings are with standard ball & net height

We offer volleyball in:
5-8 year old group
9-11 year old
12-15 Intermediate
12-15 Advanced
16+

All trainings are led by an ex national level coach with years of playing, coaching, & training experience

Here at Buckets Sports Performance, we offer a variety of training to help your athlete become the best athlete they can become

Our basketball trainings are for the ages of 5-18+ years old.

Each athlete will run through an initial free assessment to decide where they are best placed and which group will be the best for them.

Future All Stars; 27.5 ball, 8ft rims
Coed Level 1 Basketball; 28.5 ball, 10ft rims
Coed Level 2 Basketball; 28.5/29.5 ball, 10ft rims
Boys JV/Varsity
Girls JV/Varsity

Reminder- Our groups will be streamlined starting May 1st to better fit the current groups and athletes. If you have questions on where your athlete should be to ensure they are in the correct group, just shoot us a message.

All NEW Athletes that have not trained, will need to sign up for our assessment group, which is a 30 minute training testing on multiple facets for group placement.
