Yes we teach women's self-preservation. Yes we have an entire program and system around it called Amazon. Do we acknowledge the real problem is the culture and the way we approach boys and men.. absolutely! Schools have dress codes, but do they really? What they have is women shaming and controlling so that men don't have to be decent human beings. We believe everything starts with the kids. In our kids programs we teach them respect and self-control. We teach them no matter what you feel no matter what they wear no matter what they're doing it's not your permission structure. We teach boys to be respectful controlled and to understand consent. We teach girls it's your right to exist not your responsibility nor burden when it comes to what men do. You don't have to change just because someone with a p***s might be nearby. In all of our programs we teach all people to take account and responsibility for your lives your actions and the repercussions thereof.

It is a great salmon that we must share this post. Over the years we've had a few chances to get to know this great Tuhon. He was a wonderful man with great skill wisdom and compassion. May his memory and his art not only live on but encourage and enable us all to be better people

Part of what we do involves Rhythm and broken rhythm inserting on the half beat quarter beat so on this is most evident in our FMA and especially Kalj. As you go on it will be your turn on the conga drum for your students here's just a few basic starter drum beat ideas to get you started whether you're training or drumming these beats are your starting point

It's been 25 years and we need to never forget what really caused it and that's hatred and bigotry there's a little more nuance and a lot of wrongdoing by the United States that led up to it but ultimately it's hatred that leads to these kind of actions

We need to combat hate in every form so as we honor and remember those that died not only the regular victim list but also the First Responders and the people that got sick and died as New York kid information about the quality of the air the water and other things around Ground Zero for quite some time but we also need to remember that hate is what caused it and we need to combat hate in ourselves and in the nation so that tragedies like these don't happen by our own hand not just foreign Bad actors a lot of people have died in this country because of hate let's do better

To those that helped in New York DC and Pennsylvania we thank you and honor you for your sacrifice that lives you saved and the tragedies you prevented as well as enabling many families to be able to put their loved ones to rest and move on we honor those that died that day not only is victims but as Heroes we honor those that are still alive and that have died in the time between you all in body what America truly is supposed to be

There are two aspects to this story that I see a lot of people missing as this story has been discussed over the last three or four days one this woman at first glance does not look dangerous I've even heard some people say that she looks like she has some sort of mental disability or something along that line which that argument is ridiculous but the fact that she does not look threatening

The next aspect is the size of the knife I heard some people say it's a small knife but in this post you will see the NYPD photo taken at the scene and you will see that it is not a small knife

The reason I think that both of these points are important is you never know who is dangerous and you never know the level or size of threat you face so we have to prepare for everything and everyone
