Most gyms focus on helping people burn calories, get sweaty, or feel exhausted.
But for many adults, especially as they get older, those aren’t the biggest problems they’re facing.
The problems they notice are:
• Daily tasks become more exhausting.
• Carrying groceries becomes harder.
• Stairs feel steeper.
• Recovery takes longer.
Most people assume that’s simply aging.
Sometimes it is.
But often it’s loss of strength.
If strength is the thing disappearing, then strength should be the thing we focus on building.
