Salad in a jar was popular a while ago but it's still very useful when bringing lunch to work. Bring the dressing separately to avoid sogginess, then add and shake. Simple olive oil and vinaigrette or just lemon are good dressings.

Breakfast suggestion: (can be a snack too) Cut apples, bananas and almonds and mix with plain Greek yogurt. We know it's so hard to let go of the sweetness that flavored Greek yogurt adds but trust us when we say that plain yogurt tastes so good if you add your own fruit and nuts. You can add honey if you are craving additional sweetness or are transitioning to a diet with no sugar. Bon apetit!

Lunch suggestion as an alternative to a deli sandwich or pizza: Create your own salad wrap using a healthier tortilla option, hummus, greens, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers. Add boiled eggs salami, ham or turkey if you want additional protein and/or fat. Grapes satisfy the sweet tooth once your done. Can't decide on green or red? Go for both!
