We offer expert Personal Training, Private Pilates and 159 weekly fitness and Pilates classes. We offer personal training, small group training and 159 weekly fitness and Pilates classes: Indoor Cycling, Reformer, Circuit, Fitness Trampoline, Pilates, TRX, Barre, Strength, X-Train, HIIT, Rowing, Cardio, Stretch...and more. We also offer 25-minute "express" classes, which are ideal when you are pre

ssed for time. Our express classes can be combined with other classes to create a perfect cross-training workout. When it's fun, our clients come more often and get the result they want. Come join our fun community and make new fitness friends!
