When we rebranded to VOLT Gym, we wanted to build a gym with great people, a great atmosphere and a standard of excellence in everything we do.

Today, we are so grateful to have received a visit from Jordon Hypes, who presented us with The Best of Jackson County awards for Best Gym and Best Personal Trainer - Mike Buchanan. 🏆

We talk a lot about getting stronger around here, but strength doesn’t always look like another rep or adding weight to the bar.

Sometimes it’s telling someone you’re struggling. Sometimes it’s asking for help. And sometimes it’s just making it through the day.

Check on your people. Pay attention when someone seems a little different. Sit with them. Listen. Remind them they don’t have to carry the heavy things alone.
