Motivation is temporary. It comes and goes depending on your mood, your schedule, your stress, your sleep.
As your trainer, I can tweak a plan if my clients come in with extra energy, or the opposite, and are mentally and physically drained. I pay attention to how you walk in the door each and every day.

I won’t let you skip the hard parts, but I do give you a little extra support during. �
