Candlelight Gentle Yin focuses on deep relaxation through restorative and yin poses that support the body with props through longer holds to nurture the joints, muscles and connective tissues. With a relaxing candlelight ambience, this mid-week stress reduction class is an ideal way to refresh the mind and body through gentle postures and breath work. (Gentle) Yoga Sculpt and Barre blend strength training, flexibility, and mindfulness to enhance your yoga practice with resistance. Ideal for all fitness levels to tone muscles, improve endurance, and achieve a balanced mind-body connection. Slow Flow involves slowly progressing yoga sequences and longer holds to strengthen and tone the entire body while providing the foundations for a vinyasa style (yoga flow) class at a gentler pace. Modifications provided to suit all levels. Vinyasa to Yin balances movement and stillness in 60-minutes. Experience a dynamic flow, linking breath with movement to build heat, strength, and flexibility. Transition to calming, meditative Yin poses to deeply stretch connective tissues and promote relaxation. Yoga Flow is an active vinyasa styled class of flowing movements at a varied pace to build heat, strength and flexibility. Focus varies weekly on therapeutic areas including hips, hamstrings, shoulders, back and core/balance. While some yoga experience is helpful, beginners seeking an active workout are welcome. Modifications make each practice attainable for beginner flow clients and challenging for seasoned practitioners. A challenging workout combined with a deep stretch and mindfulness.
