🧘‍♀️Lets give a warm welcome to the newest member of Align & Flow, Alexis.

Hi, I'm Lexi! I'm a 200-Hour RYT yoga instructor who fell in love with yoga in college. What started as a way to stay active and flexible has transformed into
something much more.
Yoga has made me stronger mentally and physically, and more confident in who I am. I recently got certified to share this practice and passion with others.
Off the mat l'm a Marketing Specialist, and in my free time you'll find me floating in the pool while the weather is still warm! I also love to read, go to concerts, travel, try new experiences, and spend time with friends, family, and my dog Millie!

Lexi will be offering a Vinyasa Style Power Flow Yoga class on Sundays!! Her first class will be September 6th 5-6 pm.
