This Hot Girl had the SWEATIEST day and loved every minute of it! ✨😍🩵💦
If you didn’t know, FIT30A | Fitness + Events ☀️ aka the Hot Girl Sweat Club, is proudly owned by Aly Gray, who also owns the beautiful Chemical Fitness | 30A — so Fridays are basically a full-blown fitness marathon. 😂
The day kicked off with a 5AM class, and the fun kept going all morning with 5 back-to-back classes at Chemical! This week was sponsored by Serenity by the sea Spa, so our members were spoiled all week long — but today, the spa team took a field trip to the studio with mini facials, chair massages, gifts, giveaways and SO much more. 🩵 Thank you Serenity by the sea Spa for loving on our members! Special praise to Coastal Protein & Energy for the energy + hydration teas!
While the classes and events continued, Aly Gray put her FIT30A hat on and headed to the beach for the sweetest bride tribe Pilates class — laughing through every pulse, of course. 🤸🏼♀️😂
Then, after a very sweaty outfit change, it was straight to a poolside Pilates class for a bachelorette crew who officially earned their HGSC badge. 💦👑
Finally, back to the studio for afternoon clients… although they did the sweating this time. 😂
