A room full of women, overflowing with energy, kindness, and connection. ✨🤍

This past Sunday at the Glow Up Collective by Meet Me Here FL at the The Sapp House | Wedding & Event Venue we shared a morning full of movement, meaningful activities, and togetherness — turning strangers into friendships and hardships into moments of healing. A reminder that wellness goes far beyond the physical. It’s about connecting with yourself, showing up for the woman beside you, and creating space for everyone to feel seen, supported, and uplifted.

So grateful that FIT30A | Fitness + Events ☀️ gets to be part of events like this and witness the organic happiness that happens when women, wellness, and local businesses come together with a shared purpose. These are the moments that remind us why community matters so much. 🫶🏼

Here’s to more connection, more healing, more friendship, and more growing together.

Still glowing from Sunday’s Glow Up Collective! 🪩💗✨

A morning filled with movement, creativity, new friendships, and the kind of girlhood we wish we could bottle up forever🥹

To every girlie who showed up, every amazing local business that brought this experience to life, and everyone who continues to support our little community. THANK YOU!

This is what Meet Me Here is all about: creating spaces to show up, glow up, and grow together. 🌷

Until the next one, girlies! 💌
