Great Balls of Fire Competition BBQ Team Welcome to the Jungle! We grew up in competitive BBQ in Memphis, TN. We cook on Grilla wood pellet and kamado grills. We are Veterans and patriots.

I would love to post that we cleaned house here in Morgantown at the Country Roads BBQ Clash. I cannot. Hats off to the great teams here who weathered the storms the last couple of days. We have work to do but enjoyed our visit and hope to return. Thanks again to Grilla Grills and Smithfield for helping us begin a new program this weekend to introduce military families and veterans to competition BBQ!

We are onsite here in Morgantown, WV for the Country Roads BBQ Clash! Already smoking some fantastic pork from Smithfield in anticipation of our first Military Salute tonight. Gotta love the Silverbac wood pellet smoker from Grilla Grills -- it's plug & play and dialed in!
