How it looks:
Focused. Disciplined. Working hard on the mat. 💪

How it feels on the inside:
My lungs have left the building.
My legs are filing for divorce.
I'm 90% sure I've died twice already.
But sure - totally fine. Just training. 🔥

The mat humbles you in ways no one warns you about.

And somehow... you keep coming back. 😂
