We owed the optionals a late night gym party from the end of last season- there is something about being in the gym and not having practice haha! There was a lot of dancing, line dancing, music, volleyball, screaming, hide and seek, glow sticks, Frito pies, and dirty sodas - a good time was had by all! We have a great bunch of kids!

Yesterday was Coach Weston’s last day coaching at Zia! As you can tell, the kids are definitely going to miss him. 🤸🤸

Thank you, Coach Weston, for being such a wonderful coach and for everything you brought to Zia. We wish you the very best as you head off to college—we know you are going to do great things! 🎓

Air awareness test haha it is funny how these kids have probably jumped 1000 times for their kips from the same spot and you put on a blindfold and they change their form, power and confidence/ they were very determined to get it right though and had fun doing it!

Aww, I really do have the most thoughtful coaches! 🥹 Coach Maci, Coach Julie, and Coach Charlotte bought pens for the office because ours are always disappearing. Thank goodness someone around here is responsible—and apparently, it’s the teenagers! 😂🖊️💕

Morning gym was poppin' today! It's fun to watch these kids work hard on their skills and have some fun! There were some new skills, lots of grips broken in, determination, and so much energy!

Wishing all our Zia kids that start school today a great first day! We are sad to not have Friday morning work out today! Summer went by so fast!

What an incredible experience. I am so grateful to and for putting together such an outstanding camp. As a coach, it was inspiring to learn alongside some of the best. We had the opportunity to work with national team coaches, college coaches, AGS coaches, and so many other amazing professionals who are passionate about helping athletes grow.

Just as impressive were the AGS gymnasts. They were welcoming, kind, hardworking, and incredible athletes. Thank you for making our girls feel so included.

We came home with new ideas, new drills, motivation, and a renewed excitement for the season ahead.

Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
