✨ Teacher Spotlight: Meet Gillian Baudo!✨

Gillian discovered yoga in her early 20s while healing chronic tendonitis, back pain, and anxiety—sparking a lifelong journey into yoga’s therapeutic power. Teaching since 2013, she offers a biomechanical, anatomy-informed approach that supports strength, stability, and mobility on and off the mat. ✨ Teacher Spotlight: Meet Kevin Taylor!✨

Kevin discovered yoga upon moving to Boulder, CO in the mid 90s. As he embraced the rejuvenating effects on his body and mind, he felt transformed. A sense of spirit grew, which enhanced his daily experience. Yoga delivered inner peace and joy into his daily moments, along with freedom of movement in his body. To enhance the lives of others through yoga is a passion he strives to fulfill. By sharing insights from his practice, he hopes to help the community understand the benefits of yoga for well-being, inner peace, and longevity.

Kaiut Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic movement class designed to improve joint health, mobility, and overall body awareness. Guided through slow, precise motions, participants explore small ranges of movement that help re-pattern the nervous system and release long-held tension. The practice is accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Each session blends mindful breathing, guided exploration, and supportive instruction so you can learn how your body moves best. You will leave feeling calmer, more aligned, and grounded, so you can move through your day with greater ease and inner peace.

✨ Teacher Spotlight: Meet Lisa Galassini!✨

Lisa has been an athlete all her life, starting with running and soccer growing up, then moving into running and triathlons as an adult. Throughout her athletic adventures, she has run into several injuries and setbacks. She discovered yoga as an amazing practice to help recover and strengthen both her body and spirit.

Lisa owns a small business coaching runners from brand new to ultra-athletes. She has completed several Ironman triathlon events and has studied under some of the most inspiring yoga teachers. She is thrilled for the opportunity to share her practice!

This class is a vinyasa-into-hatha-type class where participants will explore flows to feel strong, then move into poses to release the areas where athletes tend to experience the most tension. A self-love practice, with a focus on peace over power.

What an incredible Saturday morning! 🧘‍♀️🌿

We loved teaming up with our newest Steward Team, Santa Fe Community Yoga, for a morning of movement and stewardship near John Griego Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park.

Yoga instructor Amy Jane Banfield led all 50 volunteers through a wonderful grounding stretch before everyone got to work cleaning the Santa Fe River and surrounding area. Together, volunteers removed an impressive 62 bags of trash! 💪🏽💧

A huge thank-you to everyone who dedicated their Saturday morning to caring for our watershed. Special thanks to the Trash Pandas and Urban Alchemy for always pitching in, and to the City of Santa Fe for collecting and removing the trash afterward.

Together, we’re making a visible difference for our river and our community! 💙
