Please take a moment to read, share and if you can donate β€οΈ letβs get together as a volleyball community to support Sailor π
To my fellow club directors, coaches, and volleyball families across the country,
Today I'm asking our volleyball community to do what it has always done so wellβcome together for one of our own.
One of our ARVC athletes, Sailor Metge, has recently been diagnosed with leukemia. No child should have to face a battle like this, and no family should have to face it alone.
Our volleyball world is bigger than any one club. We compete against one another on the court, but off the court we are one community united by our love for these athletes. When one family hurts, we all have an opportunity to show them they are surrounded by people who care.
I'm asking club directors, coaches, organizations, and volleyball families everywhere to help us spread Sailor's story. Please share this post, share the fundraising link, and, if you are able, consider supporting the Metge family through your prayers, words of encouragement, or a donation.
Every share extends the reach. Every prayer brings hope. Every act of kindness reminds this family that they are not alone.
Let's show Sailor and her family the incredible heart of the volleyball community. Together, we can remind them that they have thousands of people standing behind them, cheering them on through the toughest match of their lives.
Thank you for helping us turn compassion into action.:volleyball:
