New JETSET Foundations class times added 🤩

JETSET Foundations is a 50-minute slower paced class that teaches proper form, alignment, and technique on the reformer to help build a strong base for every class after it.

Starting October 1st, you’ll find it on our schedule Thursdays at 4 and 5 pm!

We can’t wait to see you reach your DESTINATION body by building progressive strength in our classes 💙

Here’s what to expect at JETSET Pilates Rivermark!

Start with JETSET Foundations if you want a slower, 50 minute class that teaches proper form, alignment, and technique on the reformer. It’s not required, just a great place to start when you’re learning together. Find it on the schedule select days.

Or jump into JETSET Reformer, a 50 minute full body workout that combines strength training, cardio, and Pilates inspired movement to sculpt, tone, and energize your entire body. Find it every day of the week.

Either way, this one’s better as a duo. Send this to the friend who’s coming with you 🤭

Meet Jef 🙌🏻

Jef has been a fitness instructor for 10 years, and he brings that weights background right onto the reformer. His favorite part of the job? Helping JETSETters™ find those tiny adjustments that make a real difference.

Jef will be teaching at the studio on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and you can expect high energy, hands on attention to your form, and that feeling of moving better after every single class.
