We are an enthusiastic group of UCLA students who sail in several regattas up and down the California coast and a few abroad. We invite any current undergraduate UCLA students to become a part of the Bruin Sailing family. Whether you're a seasoned pro looking to hone your skills or a beginner looking to learn the basics, we have a place for you. We’re starting off STRONG with our first regatta of the year! UCLA Sailing Team team raced in Mission Bay, San Diego ☀️🏖️ for the
🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊 Frosh Soph Regatta 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊hosted by our friends at UCSD!🤗

Boats were met with some rain 🌧️ but it’s never too cloudy for good vibes~~~

MEET our 2026-2027 Sailing Officers‼️

Everyone had a pretty busy summer, but we’re all excited to be back sailing⛵️ . With a new year ahead of us, we’re looking forward to higher speed winds🌬️, more regattas🏆, and to making more memories🫶! From Greenwich, Connecticut, to somewhere in Hawaii, we’re from all over the country, and we look forward to getting to know YOU too!! 🤗

On April 25-26, we traveled back to Long Beach for Anteater Open hosted by ! ⛵️
Saturday had great warm weather ☀️ and we got to wear our costumes, while Sunday was a lot windier! 🍃We had so much fun racing and being out on the water! We can’t wait for next year! 💙💛

⛵️On the weekend of April 18-19, our sailors competed in the Mark Healy Open Fleet Race Championships in Long Beach!🏖️ There was great sunny weather all weekend and tough competition. Thank you to for hosting!

On March 21-22, the Bruins started off spring break right at South Designate at St. Francis Yacht Club! 💙🌊☀️ Though the weather was rough with lots of wind and waves, we still had a great time out there racing on the bay and qualified for conference championships!⛵️⛵️⛵️
