HYROX Miami 🔥

Four Team B2G athletes took on one of the fastest-growing events in endurance sport—KC, Amanda Kenny, Tinja Anderson, and Austin Nicholson—and showed exactly what this team is built for.

HYROX is a different kind of challenge.
Strength. Speed. Endurance.
No shortcuts. No hiding.

And what’s been really cool to see is how well our triathlon-based training translates into something like this.

Swim. Bike. Run builds an incredible engine.
Add strength, and suddenly you’re equipped to take on just about anything.

That’s what this weekend was about.

Athletes stepping outside their comfort zones.
Trying something new.
And proving that being well-rounded matters.

Tinja—who first introduced many of us to HYROX—back at it again.
Amanda continuing to push her limits across disciplines.
Austin jumping into the mix and taking on the challenge.

And more to come.

Because this isn’t a one-off.

It’s part of what we’re building.

Athletes who aren’t defined by one sport—but are ready for any challenge.

Stronger. Faster.
Better 2Gether. 💙💛

Still playing catch-up. Let’s talk about Panamá 70.3 back in March.

Panamá 🇵🇦 did not disappoint.

What started as a race weekend turned into one of those trips you wish you could bottle up and relive.

8 Team B2G athletes took on IRONMAN 70.3 Panamá—KC, Jerome, Cathy Parker, Madeleine Vergauwen, Corey Carruth, Leida Velez, Tyler Currie, and Amanda Kenny—and somehow packed everything into a few unforgettable days.

Lost bikes.
A car accident.
Feeding monkeys. 🐒
Canal tours.
Birthday celebrations.
PRs.
Podiums.
And nonstop laughs in one big house together.

This is what racing as a team looks like.

And when it came time to race, this crew showed up.

🥇 Madeleine Vergauwen — 1st in AG
🥈 Cathy Parker — 2nd in AG
🥉 KC — 3rd in AG

🔥 Corey Carruth — massive PR and edged out Jerome by just 6 seconds in an all-out battle that had everyone watching

Every athlete brought something different to the weekend—but the common thread was grit, support, and showing up for each other.

From cheering along the course…
To crossing paths again and again on the causeway…
To celebrating every finish like it was our own…

The energy was unreal.

And that’s what makes this team special.

Yes, we race.

But it’s the shared experience—the travel, the chaos, the wins, the setbacks, the moments in between—that make it all mean more.

Better 2Gether isn’t just something we say.

It’s something we live. 🩷💙💛

At Ultraman Florida 2026, Team B2G athlete Ryan Aytona made history—becoming the first neurodivergent athlete to compete in an Ultraman triathlon.

But this story is about more than being the first.
It’s about the work.

Less than a year after completing his first full Ironman, Ryan committed to the process—putting in consistent, focused training and showing up prepared for one of the most demanding endurance events in the world.

Ultraman is a three-day race that tests every part of an athlete. A 10K swim, over 260 miles of cycling, and a double marathon- for most people any single part of this seems unfathomable.

Ryan rose to the challenge.

He is an incredibly talented athlete, and this was a massive personal accomplishment built on discipline, determination, and grit.

Ryan raced with a team around him—guided by Madeleine Verwilt Vergauwen, Kyle Foti, Brendon Westover, Anders Johansson, and Brian Leon, crewed by his parents Ron and Rodelia, and supported by a full community behind the scenes.

Every mile was a team effort.
But every step forward was his.

Ryan has been guided by Jerome Bareth for the past 6 years, coached within Team B2G for several years, and has become a core part of our community. His presence, his work ethic, and his commitment have made a lasting impact on this team.

And now, his race is already inspiring what comes next.

Fellow Team B2G athlete Marlynne Stutzman (Marfish Stutzman) has set her sights on Ultraman—continuing to push boundaries and expand what’s possible.

This is bigger than one race.
This is what inclusion in sport looks like.

Stronger. Faster.
Better 2Gether. 💙💛

Next up for Ryan: Ironman World Championship in Kona.

We're way behind on social media efforts... but finally taking a moment to reflect on what's been happening the past few months.

Ultraman Florida 2026 was more than just a race—it was a full team effort.

When the future of the race was uncertain, Team B2G stepped up in a big way. What could have been a lost event became something incredibly special because of the people who showed up, took ownership, and made it happen.

From start to finish, this race was powered by our community.

🎤 Mike Morrissey and Natt Reifler brought the energy as announcers
🗺️ Corey Carruth , Kyle Foti , and Dan Grieb led course operations
🍽️ Sandy Morrissey and Leida Velez kept everyone fueled and cared for
📸 John Riordan captured the moments
📱 Amanda Kenny kept the community connected from afar

And so many of our athletes and community members stepped in to volunteer and support throughout the weekend—Cathy Parker , Debbie Jo Young, Eszter Kiss , Tiago Davila, Wim Vergauwen, Tinja Anderson , Jim Spaulding, John Robles , Ashley Foti , Stacey Carruth , Rosa Romero , Tyler Currie , Marlynne Stutzman , and more.

This is what Better 2Gether looks like.

And in the middle of it all, we witnessed something incredibly special.

Team B2G athlete Ryan Aytona took on Ultraman—becoming the first neurodivergent athlete to compete in the event. Supported by an incredible guide team and backed by this entire community, his race was a powerful example of what’s possible when preparation, belief, and support come together.

Moments like that are why this matters.

Athlete Erika Vermill and her crew chief Marc Vermill enjoyed the experience so much they’ve even joined Team B2G!

This wasn’t just a race.

It was a community coming together to make something meaningful happen.

Stronger. Faster.
Better 2Gether. 💙💛
