We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Summer Group X Class Schedule, featuring the addition of Step Aerobic and Mindfull Foam Rolling Classes. Please note that our Tu/Th 5:30am Spin H.I.I.T class has been modified to a 45-minute Spin IT class, and the 6:00am Tu/Th TRX class has been discontinued.
